Privacy, Website Use & Protected Materials
This page explains how website information is handled, how project materials may be used, and how protected non-public project information is controlled.
Privacy
We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, document community interest, follow up with potential partners and support project planning. General forms may request name, email, ZIP code, organization, role, areas of interest and an optional message.
We do not intend to sell personal information submitted through project forms. Support statements should remain private unless the submitter affirmatively authorizes limited public recognition.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment information, passwords, sensitive medical information, government ID numbers or other confidential records through general forms. Forms involving minors should be completed by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
How submitted information may be used
Information may be reviewed for project communication, community-input analysis, partnership follow-up, volunteer/program-provider discussions, sponsor/funder outreach, planning and related administrative purposes. Submission does not create a contract, partnership, employment relationship, vendor status, ownership right, funding commitment, procurement preference or guarantee of future participation.
Protected Project Materials
Public pages are intended for general community information. The password-protected Project Room and other restricted materials may contain non-public planning, original written materials, presentations, renderings, program concepts, financial assumptions, site strategy, partner strategy and development information.
Access to restricted materials does not grant a license or permission to copy, forward, publish, distribute, reproduce or use non-public materials for another project. Access may require a confidentiality/use acknowledgment, and particularly sensitive information may require a separately signed nondisclosure agreement.
This website does not claim exclusive ownership of facts, public information or ideas that are not protectable under applicable law. Protection applies to the extent provided by copyright, trademark, contract, confidentiality, trade-secret or other applicable legal rights.
Accessibility
The website is intended to be usable by a broad audience. Design goals include readable text, meaningful headings, keyboard-friendly navigation, labeled forms, sufficient contrast, descriptive image text and reduced-motion consideration. The proposed physical center also has a goal of meeting applicable accessibility requirements and going beyond minimum access where feasible. Final architectural compliance can only be determined through professional design, review and inspection.
Project Disclaimer
The Spring Hill Recreation & Community Center is a proposed project under development. Facility concepts, programming, site, partners, funding sources, budgets, timelines, renderings and operating plans are preliminary and subject to change, feasibility review, funding, site control, legal review, design and engineering, permitting, governmental approvals and final written agreements.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of funding, site acquisition, construction, County endorsement, project completion, employment, vendor selection, procurement award or future facility access.
Website Use
Viewing this website does not create a partnership, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship or contractual right. Automated scraping, circumvention of access controls, unauthorized attempts to obtain protected materials or redistribution of restricted content are not permitted.
Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
