Project Room Access Request
The Project Room contains non-public planning and development materials for authorized project leadership, approved professional advisors, consultants, government reviewers, funders and specifically approved partners.
Confidentiality & Project Access Acknowledgment
By requesting or accepting access, you acknowledge that protected information may include planning documents, budgets, funding strategy, property/site analysis, architecture concepts, schedules, negotiations, presentations, contracts and other non-public project information.
- Protected materials may not be copied, forwarded, published, uploaded, reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.
- You may not independently solicit funders, sponsors, government agencies, property owners, contractors or partners on behalf of the project without written authorization.
- Access does not transfer founder status, ownership, governance authority, project control, naming rights, operating authority, intellectual property, development rights or authority to represent the project.
- Materials may be preliminary and subject to change.
- For highly confidential documents or formal participation, a separately signed NDA or other written agreement may also be required.

When contacting the project team, include your full name, email address, organization/company, role/title and reason for requesting access. State that you have read and agree to the Confidentiality & Project Access Acknowledgment above.
Submission does not guarantee access. Access is granted only after review by authorized project leadership.
