PUBLIC INFORMATION & PROJECT SAFEGUARDS

Policies, Copyright & Confidentiality

Effective October 7, 2026. Spring Hill Recreation & Community Center is a proposed project being developed as an initiative of Caribbean Culture Awareness Inc. (CCA). Plans, location, amenities, funding, approvals and timelines are subject to change. No governmental approval, land ownership, or funding commitment is implied.

Website use and public participation

Visitors may review public project information, submit questions, express support, or volunteer information. Participation is voluntary and does not create membership, ownership, employment, sponsorship, or a partnership agreement. Public feedback may inform planning but does not guarantee any particular facility or outcome. Respectful, lawful submissions are expected. Do not submit confidential records or information about minors through public forms.

Equal opportunity and accessibility

We aim to welcome people of all ages, abilities, races, ethnicities, cultures, national origins, religions and backgrounds. Proposed programs and facilities will be planned with accessibility and reasonable accommodation in mind, subject to applicable law, feasibility and resources. For accessibility assistance or alternate-format information, please use the contact page.

Copyright, trademarks and permitted use

Unless otherwise indicated, original website text, project narratives, illustrations, concepts, diagrams, logos, designs, photographs and presentation materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws and belong to their respective rights holders. Copyright does not protect general ideas or facts. Visitors may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution where lawful. Do not reproduce substantial materials, remove notices, use project branding to imply endorsement, or commercially distribute materials without written authorization. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Confidential project materials and NDA

Some feasibility studies, site evaluations, financial projections, vendor details, proprietary designs and internal planning documents may be restricted. Access is by individual authorization through the Project Room Access Request. Where required, access will be granted only after a separate written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is reviewed and signed by authorized parties. An access request, website visit, checkbox or petition signature does not itself create an NDA. An NDA may set permitted purpose, confidentiality obligations, exclusions, term, return/deletion requirements and remedies. Public records obligations of government recipients, legal disclosures and other applicable exceptions must be respected.

Petition, survey and privacy

Petition and community-survey responses are intended to document community interest and planning priorities, not County approval. Responses may be summarized in aggregate. We will not intentionally publish individual signers’ names without appropriate permission. For what is collected, retention, contact requests and privacy choices, see our Privacy Policy. Do not submit payment details through a petition form.

Donations, sponsorships and conflicts

Any donation or sponsorship must be made through an identified, authorized collection channel with applicable terms and receipts. A donation or expression of interest does not purchase naming rights, influence a government decision, or guarantee construction. Potential related-party contracts and conflicts of interest are subject to applicable CCA governance, disclosure, approval and procurement requirements. Donors should confirm tax treatment with their advisers and official receipts.

No warranties or government affiliation

Information is offered for general community engagement and may be updated. The project is proposed and subject to funding, site control, engineering, permits and approvals. References to Hernando County, schools, agencies, businesses or prospective partners do not imply their endorsement or formal partnership absent written confirmation.
